ORDERS
Our receipt of your order and your receipt of our order confirmation does not signify PartyMart.com’s acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time to accept or cancel your order.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the event that that we do not have an item in stock, we will ship the rest of your order without the out of stock item, charging your credit card only for items shipped. We will back-order the item on the condition that we can deliver that item prior to your event. It is common practice at PartyMart.Com to make all necessary efforts to contact the customer concerning the out-of-stock item.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
From time to time products may vary from their online photo appearance. PartyMart.com does make every effort to update product information and photos. While the products shipped should match in basic form, shape and appearance there is always a chance that the models will be changed or updated to newer versions. Any discrepancy may be brought up with PartyMart.com. Attempts to contact the customer will be made if the product is no longer available, out of stock or has been drastically changed.
PRODUCT, PRICING, & INFORMATION ERRORS
All products listed on PartyMart.Com are subject to availability. In the event that an item ordered is no longer available, PartyMart.Com will make all the necessary efforts to contact the customer concerning a replacement. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a pricing information or technical error, PartyMart.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for any item listed with a incorrect price.
RETURN POLICY
- Within 14 days of your receipt of our order confirmation, PartyMart.Com grants the right to return items for any reason. In the event that the item(s) is a defect, PartyMart.Com will either exchange the item, replace the item, or issue a full refund. When a non-defective item is returned, PartyMart.Com will either exchange or replace the item. The following conditions apply;
- You must contact us within 14 days following your receipt of our order confirmation in order to receive a return authorization (RA) number for each item you wish to return. The RA number must be provided with each corresponding item return. This number is necessary in order to determine the correct amount to be credited to your account as well as to properly restock item.
- Customer must provide reason in writing (with return package or email). In the event that the item is a defect, please detail problem for quality control.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs which are not a result of defect.
- All returned items that are not defects must be in "as new" condition with original packaging. Customer must ship returns with a courier company that provides a tracking number.
CROSS-BORDER CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Most items are shipped direct from our warehouse in Canada. International shipments may be subject to duties and/or fees which are determined by the appropriate government agency. Brokerage and duty fees are not included in the shipping total from your invoice and therefore additional charges may apply. Clients may choose a broker or use UPS to handle the brokerage fees.
