Refunds are available on all orders shipped within the United States and Canada. At PartyMart.com almost every product (see below) is covered by a 14 day return period. Within 14 days from the delivery of your item, PartyMart.com grants the customer the right to return almost any item regardless of the reason.
Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees and are for the cost of the item only.
In the event that an order must be returned, it is absolutely essential that you contact our customer service line at 1-866-669-6278 or email info@partymart.com before any further action toward your return is taken. When calling, make sure you have your order or invoice number ready. If you choose to contact us by email, please include the word "Returns" and your order or invoice number in the subject line.
In the event that the item is defective, PartyMart.com will decide whether to exchange the item, replace the item or refund the customer.
Note: Returns and exchanges on products valuing 10$ or less will be made at the sole discretion of PartyMart.com.
The following items may not be returned:
- Costume Items - Costumes, Wigs, Hats and any other product that has been worn may not be returned. For health reasons these items must be returned to PartyMart.com in their original factory sealed condition.
- Glow Products - All items featured in our Glow Products section are not eligible for return. Glow Products are subject to a limited shelf life, are a one-time use product and can easily be damaged if shipped incorrectly.
- Special Orders - Special orders for products that are not normally available at PartyMart.com are not eligible for return. This includes custom alterations, printed or labeled items.
Less than pack quantities & assortments
- Returned items must be returned in the same pack quantity as purchased and shows on the order summary or invoice. Example: When purchasing an item in dz or 12 packs the return must be in complete dz or 12 packs. This extends to all pack quantities including but not limited to individual units, packs and case quantities.
- Returned items from bundled or packaged products must be returned as a complete bundle or package.
- Packs with assorted colors or styles of products must be returned in the same assortment as they were delivered.
Tiered pricing
Any returns on products that received published or special tiered pricing maybe subject to pricing updates based on the total quantities kept by the customer. If customers keep a quantity of any product which would lower the tiered pricing this amount will be adjusted and reflected in during the refund and return.
Orders over $250.00
Any return from an order over $250.00 will be subject to a return and restocking fee of 15 %. This is done to accommodate the ongoing free ground shipping promotion on orders over $250.00.
Returning your items
After you have spoken with a Customer Service Representative and you are ready to return your items make sure you do the following:
Check that the original invoice or reference number is clearly marked on the box.

Please include a copy of your original invoice detailing the items you are returning and the reason for the return - if you do not have a copy of your invoice you can find one online by following the Order History link.
PartyMart.com is not responsible for your returned shipment. Please be sure to send it via courier with tracking capabilities.
