Event Date Guarantee
When an event date is entered during the checkout process, it is done to ensure that your items arrive on time for your event. If for some reason there is a conflict with our ground service shipping times and the date of your event, a customer service representative will contact you with additional UPS service options.
Notice to PayPal Express customers. Due to the nature of PayPal Express, we are unable to manage the event date guarantee system. If you place an order using PayPal and have an upcoming event date please proceed with the regular checkout and select paypal as an option then. We encourage customers to call or email us with any concerns. Because we try to ship orders out as fast they come in the warehouse may not be able to stop a shipment in progress or make any changes. We will always try our best, so feel free to contact us with any concerns whatsoever.
Only guaranteed or confirmed orders are shipped when the event date is entered.
We will not ship an order unless we are confident that you will receive your items in time for your event.
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
A confirmation email is sent when orders are shipped.
If an order is delivered after the event date indicated, please call customer service with instructions on how to return the shipment hassle free.

Rush Orders
All online order will be shipped with UPS Ground. For rush delivery please phone in your order. To ship orders on your shipping account please phone in your order.
Pick-Up Orders
All orders are available for pick-up at our Montreal location. Pick-up orders must be placed over the phone or through fax. A representative will call you when your order is ready. This is usually takes 1 – 2 business days.
Canada bound shipment Info
All Canada bound shipments are subject to applicable GST or HST charges. Orders shipped in the province of Quebec are subject to both GST and PST taxes. There are no import, customs, duties or brokerage charges.
