PartyMart.com is committed to data security with respect to information collection on our site during your shopping experience. CREDIT CARDS AND PAYMENT

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Be sure to provide us with the exact credit card number, expiration date, PIN number and billing address that your credit card issuer has on file. Please note that PartyMart.com will only charge your card once your order has shipped and only for the items that have shipped along with the relevant shipping costs that apply.

 

ORDERS

Please be aware that PartyMart.com reserves the right to accept or cancel your order at any time. Our receipt of your order and your receipt of our order confirmation does not signify the acceptance of your order.

 

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Although our goal at PartyMart.com is to have enough items that we would never be out-of-stock, the reality is that we do occasionally run out of particular items. In the event that we do run out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order with the exception of the out-of-stock item, charging your credit card only for the items shipped. We will backorder the item only on the condition that we can deliver the item in time for your event. At PartyMart.com we make all possible efforts to contact the customer concerning the out-of-stock item and work together with the customer to ensure their satisfaction.

 

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

In rare instances, products may vary in appearance from that of their online photos. Due to the manufacturer's production, some products are subject to change without notice. Unfortunately, these changes are beyond our control. We realize that this may cause an inconvenience but please be aware that PartyMart.com makes every effort to update product information to match the current styles that manufacturers are producing. While products shipped should match in basic form, shape and appearance, there is always a chance that models will be updated to newer versions. Any discrepancy may be brought up with PartyMart.com. Attempts to contact the customer will be made if the product is no longer available, out-of-stock, or has been drastically changed.

 

PRODUCT, PRICING & INFORMATION ERRORS

All products listed on PartyMart.com are subject to availability. In the event that a product is no longer available, PartyMart.com will make all the necessary efforts to contact the customer concerning a replacement. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to pricing information or technical error, PartyMart.com reserves the right to cancel any order placed for any item listed with an incorrect price.

 

RETURN POLICY

If there is a mistake with your order please contact us immediately through our Customer Service line at 1-800-669-6278 or email us at info@partymart.com.

In the event that an order must be returned, it is absolutely essential that you contact our customer service line at 1-866-669-6278 or email info@partymart.com before any further action toward your return is taken. When calling, make sure you have your order or invoice number ready. If you choose to contact us by email, please include the word "Returns" and your order or invoice number in the subject line.

In the event that the item is defective, PartyMart.com will decide whether to exchange the item, replace the item or refund the customer.

Note: Returns and exchanges on products valuing 10$ or less will be made at the sole discretion of PartyMart.com.

 

The following items may be returned:

  • Please note - MANY OF OUR ITEMS ARE BEING LIQUIDATED (DECORATIONS, TABLEWARE, COSTUMES, WIGS & MORE) WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT WE ARE LIQUIDATING.

  • Glow Products - All items featured in our Glow Products section are not eligible for return. Glow Products are subject to a limited shelf life, are a one-time use product and can easily be damaged if shipped incorrectly.
  • Special Orders - Special orders for products that are not normally available at PartyMart.com are not eligible for return. This includes custom alterations, printed or labeled items.

 

Less than pack quantites & assortments

  • Returned items must be returned in the same pack quantity as purchased and shows on the order summary or invoice. Example: When purchasing an item in dz or 12 packs the return must be in complete dz or 12 packs. This extends to all pack quantities including but not limited to individual units, packs and case quantities.
  • Returned items from bundled or packaged products must be returned as a complete bundle or package.
  • Packs with assorted colors or styles of products must be returned in the same assortment as they were delivered.

 

Tiered Pricing

Any returns on products that received published or special tiered pricing maybe subject to pricing updates based on the total quantities kept by the customer. If customers keep a quantity of any product which would lower the tiered pricing this amount will be adjusted and reflected in during the refund and return.

 

Returning your items

After you have spoken with a Customer Service Representative and you are ready to return your items make sure you do the following:

Check that the original invoice is included or reference number is clearly marked on the box, and ship the order to the address provided by the customer service rep.

If it's only a partial return, please include a copy of your original invoice detailing the items you are returning and the reason for the return - if you do not have a copy of your invoice mention that when you call our customer service number and we will email you a new copy, or if you have an account there should be a printable version in your Order History

PartyMart.com is not responsible for your returned shipment. Please be sure to send it via courier with tracking capabilities.

 

CROSS-BORDER CUSTOMS & DUTIES

The majority of our items are shipped direct from our warehouse in Canada. International shipments may be subject to duties and/or fees which are determined by the appropriate government agency. Quoted totals on international shipments do not include any taxes, VAT fees or any duties charged at the country of delivery. Clients may choose a broker or use UPS to handle brokerage fees.
